If you have a digital camera or scanner you can get an image of you photo and email it to us at Email@pixfix.co.uk along with the details of what you require doing to it.

We will then reply back with an estimate for the work. If the estimate is acceptable then we will require you to send us the original photo before we commence work.

This is because we scan your photo at a very high resolution to ensure we get the very best quality of image. The resulting scan would be far to large to email.

Please send your photos in secure packaging. Sandwich your photo with stiff card or use a board-backed envelope to prevent folding or creasing in transit.

If the photo is in a glass frame and cannot be removed without causing damage to the photo then please send "as is" using plenty of bubble wrap or a heavy duty "Jiffy bag".

Mark the envelope "Please do not bend". We suggest sending your photo(s) by Recorded or Special Delivery for better security and insurance.
